I have SprintPCS. I want to get a new phone. I just don't think that I should have to pay for a new one and get a rebate later. As an existing customer I feel that I should get first dibs on a new phone instanly. We had PrimeCo. then US Cellular. We had no problem getting new phones when we resigned contracts. I hope we can get a new carrier without having to through all the hassles of mail-in rebates.
I would like input from readers on a new phone or carrier. I want opinions on new phones likes and dislikes. I can shop all I want but it's real opinions that count. Thnx in advance.

Well sorry I haven't posted in a while. I said to myself that I would try to update at least once a week. I've been really tired lately. I had a great time at our company Christmas party. We went to a nice upscale restaurant that has great service. Had our secret santa gift exchcange. I bought Matt a bottle of Knob Creek Bourbon and a bottle of of Fris Vodka for his bar he is starting in his house. I look forward to drinking a little of both on New Year's Eve. Anyway I had the Carlo's Special (Butt Steak with Blue Cheese) and baked stuffed shrimp. Had quite a few drinks and everything was picked up by the Boss. And the important thing is Snoo Snoo was actually on her best behavior.
Snoo and I went to Lighthouse Place up in Michigan City,In. Nice but really not my kinda place. Got most of the shopping done though. I think the highlight for me was going to a Ponderosa in LaPorte,IN . Neither one of us had eaten at one since we were kids. The snow started coming down when we left on Sat. night and it didn't stop until last night. They got 2' of snow up there. I just got a couple of more things to buy.
I do have to return my rental this week and pay the difference. I kinda started liking the Explorer I've been driving. I've actually been calm with Snoo behind the wheel. Maybe it's because I know I'm safe. Well there was about $1300 in damamge done to my car and I know it doesn't look like much but it's alot in labor. The difference I have to pay is less than $200. I'm okay with it. I get to drive something different for a little while. I was hoping to get maybe a Ford Escape.

B-Day

Well had my B-Day yesterday. Haven't drank like this in a while. Went to a local tavern tonight. Had some Alpha Kings from 3 Floyds tonight. Had a hankerin' for it the last couple of days. Went out with my boss and Ben-Hamin. Boss had to leave so I hung out with Hamin til Snoo Snoo came to pick me up. Ran into my old friend Rammy. I haven't seen him in years. Caught up about some old stuff. Talked about politics (me just a litttle to the left but still a Patriot to the core),him being a little to the right wing nut job, sorry a little off track. I have not gotten the pics back from Matrix yet, and saw him and Stripperella over at Bobo's tonight. Hopefully soon though.

To those who have posted thanx it means alot. I thought I was just yelling out into space here.

I am sending the car into the shop possibly next week. I am trying to get something a little more upscale than what I have now. My Ford ZX2. Looking forward to what I'm going to get from Enterprise. I'm taking my car to my old place of work from 4 years ago. My old boss is still there and her and I are pretty cool. Well I had a pretty good day going on Sunday. Went by my friend BoboSanLucas's pad. Watched DA BEARS win! Drank some Old Styles and ate chorizo, potatoes and eggs and some refried black beans and tortillas he picked up. I grabbed some guacamole and chicharones(Mexican Pork Rinds,fresh) and some Pan De Dulce(candy bread). Got bombed with Ben-Hamin and Big Ron(couple of friends). Mr. Toolbox went to the game. We were watching for him.
Anyway Bobo's place is above a bar. We're getting the buzz going again when our friend Matrix calls us. He live across the street. Bobo goes to the other side of the place and I knew something was wrong. I get over to the window and I see our cars and mine is completely sideways like I T-Boned his car. Hey I got trashed there I didn't get trashed beforehand. I'm figuring my car is totaled. I rush downstairs and go over and check the cars. Matrix is out there and Stipperella comes over. Bobo calls the owner of the bar because his property is damaged too. Our cars we parked behind a fence and behind a tree and my car was parked the farthest away. Fortunately nothing major happened to my car. Well that I'm no to sure of, yet. I did see some damage a dent and my bumper is cracked and scraped.
Here is what Matrix told the police and us what happened. The offending idiot (who left BTW) backed his car up over the curb and through the fence which hit Bobo's car then hit mine. Repeatedly. Until he was off the fence and had me cleared. My car was moved about 4-5 feet sideways. Un-freakin-believable. This is the second time my car has been involved in a hit and run. On the same side too. Anyway it happened on private property and we'll see what happens. I can't believe it though. That someone would take off after hitting someone. I understand some people are here illegally and don't have insurance or a license or speak English. I'm Mexican, 100%. I have spent years being educated and avoiding the idiot gangs and friends I grew up with who took the wrong path. This is what I have spent my whole life trying not to be. A world class a%%!*(e. I think if you are illegal or on a work visa, that you should have to take a driver's license exam. You should speak English,CLEARLY. Not like some people in Tech Support! I think the license test should be harder like in Europe. Driving is a privilege not a right you morons. I have noticed though that the Police are stepping up patrols in the neighborhood. I told the Police that I have seen the car around here before. So hopefully they catch up with them and throw the book at them. I'll have pics up soon.
